Philip Scott (LL.B.) (Bachelor of Law)

Philip joined the firm working part-time between 1988 and 1991.Philip has been with us since 1991 on a full time basis and has undertaken a wide range of work initially including crime and civil litigation. Philip now specialises in children and family matters and is a Member of the following specialist panels:

(a) Resolution Specialist in Children and Domestic Abuse

(b) Law Society’s Childrens Panel

(c) Law Society’s Family Panel Advanced.

Philip has also trained as a Mediator with Resolution and is a Member of the Family Mediators Association. Philip undertook the Resolution Collaborative Training Course in 2009 and has developed a local collaborative practice dealing with children and family matters.
